The Drying Room is where each new collection is privately previewed before it’s made available to the public. This is where collectors, curators, and invited guests are first given access to Junié’s latest work. Viewings are by appointment only and often take place weeks before the pieces are listed for sale online or shown in an exhibition. Guests can reserve or purchase artworks directly in this space. Junié walks each visitor through the series in person, discussing the work, answering questions, and finalizing selections. The room is kept minimal and secure—built for direct engagement with the work, without distraction. For collectors looking to acquire original work before it enters the public sphere, this is where the conversation begins.
Private Access Before Release
The Drying Room takes place inside Junié’s private exhibition gallery a dedicated space located on the same grounds as her working studio in Provence. While the gallery is open throughout the year for those wishing to view and purchase existing pieces, Junié hosts private viewing events on select dates tied to the release of new work. These are held three times a year, allowing collectors, curators, and invited guests exclusive early access to her latest collection before it is made available to the public.
Each date is booked in advance and limited to a small number of appointments per day. Guests are welcomed into the gallery individually or in pairs, with time set aside for quiet viewing, questions, and personal conversation with Junié about the work. Pieces can be reserved or purchased on site, and payment and delivery can be arranged directly during the session. These previews are designed for serious collectors or those seeking a deeper connection to the work people who want to see how it lives in space, understand the process behind it, and collect it at the earliest stage.
Junié curates every aspect of these viewings from the lighting and arrangement of the work to the pacing of the experience. No talks, no crowds, no background noise just time with the paintings and their maker, inside the space where they’re first released into the world.
