Submit Your Work
Each artwork must include a written description detailing the materials used, the source of inspiration, and the intention behind the piece. This context helps Junié understand the painter’s perspective and commitment to their practice.
Submissions are reviewed by Junié personally. Final selections are based not only on the strength of the work itself, but on the depth of thinking, consistency of vision, and the emotional presence carried throughout the collection. One artist is selected for each showcase.

This is not just an open call. It’s a chance to be seen by the people who shape the art world. Junié’s private gallery brings in collectors, curators, publishers, and advisors who trust her eye and return each year to acquire work directly from her space. When she selects an artist for The Provenance File, that artist is presented as a peer ready to take their place in professional circles that are typically out of reach for emerging painters. The work isn’t just shown; it’s introduced into a network that leads to real opportunities, commissions, and long term visibility.

Most artists spend years chasing platforms like this—exhibition access, solo focus, professional backing, and direct exposure to elite buyers. Junié offers all of that in a single, curated showcase. The gallery becomes yours for the week. Your work is seen, considered, and remembered in a setting built for serious dialogue. This is more than validation—it’s a foundation. The Provenance File exists to shift the trajectory of talented painters who are ready to be taken seriously.

Selected artists are invited to exhibit in Junié’s private gallery located on the same grounds as her studio. The gallery remains open year round, but this event transforms it into a focused solo experience dedicated solely to the visiting painter and their chosen piece. During this week, the artist has full access to the space, support for presentation, and the option to include a short written statement or visual material to accompany the work.
Viewings are open to the public across designated days, and collectors are invited for early access. Artists are not expected to perform, speak, or entertain only to show up as they are, with the work they’ve made, and allow it to speak.
